HIs picks: CrossFit packs a lot into seven minutes. During a recent seven-minute workout, Goldberg performed a combination of 100-pound overhead thrusts and chest-high pullups again and again. He uses the Rogue Bar for weightlifting and keeps the footwear simple. CrossFit fanatics favor flat, lightweight and 'breathable' shoes. Goldberg likes his classic Chuck Taylor All-Stars.
